Easy Parent Handoff provides a guided printable emergency-planning binder and related digital materials. This policy explains the information we collect when you visit our website, purchase the product, or interact with our advertising, and how we use and protect that information.
The short version
We collect only the information needed to deliver your purchase, support customers, secure the service, understand site performance, and measure advertising. We do not ask you to upload medications, diagnoses, passwords, legal documents, or completed binder contents to this website.
Information we collect
Purchase and contact information. When you buy the product, Stripe processes payment and may collect your name, email address, billing details, and payment information. We receive transaction details needed to confirm payment and deliver access. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Website and device information. Our site and service providers may collect pages viewed, referring pages, campaign and UTM parameters, checkout clicks, purchase events, browser or device type, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps, and similar technical information.
Cookies and advertising identifiers. Depending on your browser settings and consent choices, Framer, Meta, and related providers may use cookies or identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc to measure visits, attribute purchases, prevent fraud, and improve advertising.
How we use information
We use information to process and fulfill purchases, provide secure access to digital files, respond to support requests, maintain and secure the website, detect fraud or misuse, understand which pages and messages are helpful, measure advertising performance, improve the product and customer experience, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and advertising
We share information only as needed with providers that help operate the business, including Stripe for payments, Framer for website hosting, Supabase for secure data and delivery functions, and Meta for advertising measurement. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
For a completed purchase, we may send Meta a one-way hashed version of the checkout email address together with browser identifiers and purchase-event details for conversion measurement and ad delivery. We do not send binder contents, medications, diagnoses, legal-document contents, passwords, or other sensitive planning information to Meta. Some privacy laws may describe advertising-related disclosures as sharing even when personal information is not sold for money.
Sensitive binder information
The product is a downloadable and printable planning tool. The public website does not ask you to submit completed binder answers or upload medical, financial, legal, password, or household records. Store completed materials using the security practices that are appropriate for your family. If we introduce an optional online service that collects additional information, we will update this policy before that collection begins.
Retention, security, and your choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for purchase fulfillment, customer support, accounting, security, advertising measurement, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
You can limit cookies through your browser, adjust advertising preferences through Meta, or use privacy controls made available by your device or browser. To request access, correction, or deletion of information we control, reply to your purchase receipt or contact us through the Easy Parent Handoff Facebook Page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children, changes, and contact
The website and product are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
